The Foundation

Etihad Global founded in Cairo, Egypt. Started as a smart office supplies and procurement company serving enterprises across Egypt. Built operational discipline from day one — inventory management, vendor relationships, and client service.
2023

Operational Expansion

Recognized that clients needed more than supplies — they needed operational support. Launched Back Office & HR Outsourcing services. First ERP implementation projects (Odoo) for existing procurement clients.

2024

Digital Transformation

Formalized Digital Transformation practice. Added BPM consulting, process mapping, and SOP development. Began cross-selling: process optimization + ERP implementation as integrated offerings.
2025

Multi=Platform ERP

Expanded ERP services beyond Odoo to Zoho and ERPNext. Built technical teams for each platform. Established MENA-wide delivery capability with projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan.
