1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Etihad Global website (etihadglobal.net) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Etihad Global" "we," "us" refers to Etihad Global and its subsidiaries
  • "Services" refers to all consulting, implementation, outsourcing, training, and talent services
  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity engaging our services
  • "Expert" refers to verified professionals in the Rabt Talents network

3. Services Description

Etihad Global provides:

  • Digital transformation consulting (BPM, BPA, process mapping, SOP development)
  • ERP implementation and support (Odoo, Zoho, ERPNext)
  • Back office and HR outsourcing
  • Smart office supplies and procurement
  • Verified expert marketplace services (Rabt Talents)
  • Corporate training and certification

Service descriptions on our website are illustrative. Specific deliverables are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

4. Engagement Terms

  • All services require a signed SOW or contract
  • Pricing is as specified in the SOW, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payment terms: milestone-based or as specified in the SOW
  • Late payments may incur service suspension and interest charges

5. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property
  • Etihad Global retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and reusable tools
  • Custom deliverables ownership is defined in the SOW
  • Open-source implementations (ERPNext) include full source code delivery per the SOW

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Etihad Global liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not liable for issues arising from Client's failure to provide accurate information or timely cooperation

8. Rabt Talents Specific Terms

  • Rabt Talents is an invitation-only marketplace
  • Experts are independent contractors, not Etihad Global employees
  • Etihad Global verifies credentials but does not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Milestone-based payments are held in escrow and released upon milestone approval
  • Disputes are resolved through Rabt's mediation process

9. Training and Certification

  • Official Odoo Learning Partner training follows Odoo SA curriculum
  • Certification is granted by Odoo SA, not Etihad Global
  • Course materials are for personal use only; redistribution is prohibited

10. Website Use

  • You may not use our website for unlawful purposes
  • You may not attempt to breach website security
  • Content is provided for informational purposes; it does not constitute professional advice
  • We reserve the right to suspend access for violations

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
